Nathaniel Kyncy – Fishing Guide

Nathaniel was born in Minnesota but raised in the mountains of North East Shasta County in Northern California.

Passion For Fishing

Nathaniel has a huge passion and respect for the outdoors. Many of his favorite childhood memories come from family camping and hunting trips where his father patiently taught him how to fish, row a boat, call in a turkey, track a bear and survive in the wilderness.

Alaska Fishing Experience

Nathaniel has spent several years in Alaska and recently enjoyed 2 years as a first mate on a Salmon/Halibut boat on the Kenai Peninsula.

2016 was his first year as an Alaskan Licensed Guide. Nathaniel is an accomplished fly fisherman, spey fisherman, and nymph fisherman. Nathaniel is also an excellent turkey and bear guide. See Nathaniels facebook for photos.

Nathaniel  is our youngest and newest guide that has shown not only great fishing skills, but excellent guide and people skills. When Nathaniel isn’t guiding he is either tying flies, or fly fishing in his Clackacraft with his girlfriend and excellent Fly gal Maiya Best.
